Seiyo No Shorin-Ryu Karate & Kobudo Dojo
HOMBU
The Hombu - Or Headquarters Dojo of Seiyo No Shorin-Ryu Karate Kobudo Kai is located in Gilbert, Arizona where Soke Hausel trains. Several Dojos worldwide are under the direction of the Hombu.
As is typical of traditional Ryu, a family member is the recognized Soke-Dai and will head the Martial arts association when Soke Hausel retires. Eric Jason Hausel, Soke-Dai/Yondan (4th Degree Black Belt) would become the Soke Nidai of Seiyo No Shorin-Ryu Karate Kobudo Kai when Soke Shodai retires or passes on. In the event of an untimely death, it is willed that Eric Hausel would immediately become the next Soke and acquire the rank of Kudan (9th Degree Black Belt) should this happen.
